Bắt giám đốc công ty xây dựng trốn thuế

Sáng 19.11, Cơ quan CSĐT Công tỉnh Ninh Thuận đã tống đạt quyết định khởi tố vụ án, khởi tố bị can và thực hiện lệnh bắt tạm giam 3 tháng đối với Đào Đức Kiểm (50 tuổi, trú KP.10, P.Phước Mỹ, TP.Phan Rang – Tháp Chàm), Giám đốc Công ty TNHH Hoàng Long, để điều tra làm rõ về hành vi trốn thuế.

lập Công ty TNHH Hoàng Long có ngành nghề kinh doanh chính là xây dựng nhà các loại, hoạt động từ năm 2008 đến nay.</p><p>Trong quá trình hoạt động, Kiểm đã điều hành, chỉ đạo kê khai khống doanh số đầu vào quý 3/2020 (không có hóa đơn đầu vào) để trốn thuế hơn 1,1 tỉ đồng (trong đó có hơn 392 triệu đồng tiền thuế giá trị gia tăng; hơn 785 triệu đồng tiền thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp).</p><p>Khám xét trụ sở công ty của Kiểm tại 102/13 Lê Duẫn, P.Phước Mỹ, TP.Phan Rang – Tháp Chàm, Cơ quan CSĐT Công an Ninh Thuận đã thu giữ được một số tang vật, tài liệu nghi có liên quan đến vụ án.</p><p>Vụ việc đang được Cơ quan CSĐT Công an tỉnh Ninh Thuận tiếp tục điều tra mở rộng.</p><p></p><div style="clear:both; margin-top:0em; margin-bottom:1em;"><a
